  1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
    (a) Wilson Transformer Company will be a successful and profitable Australian owned and controlled company by satisfying customer needs in the Australian and regional markets through the application of our marketing, engineering, manufacturing and management skills.
    (b) The Company's activities place particular emphasis on expertise, technology, safety, quality, product reliability and achieving a competitive edge in the market place.

  2. PROFIT
    The Company aims to make sufficient profit to fund the future growth and development of the Company and provide shareholders with a reasonable return on investment.

  3. CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS
    The Company will satisfy customer needs by providing high quality products and services on time and at a reasonable price. To satisfy customer needs requires the active participation of everyone in the Company and demands a total commitment to quality. We shall develop the same commitment from all our suppliers. We shall also support suppliers who are Australian manufacturers where possible.

  4. PEOPLE AND MANAGEMENT
    - The Company will develop involved, motivated and achievement oriented Wilson people. We will share the Company's success with our people, which they make possible, by recognising and rewarding individual and group achievements, providing job security based on performance, and providing a safe and productive workplace.

    - Management and supervision are delegated the authority, responsibility and accountability to run the Company. Where possible promotion shall be from within. Managers' performance shall be gauged by their own enthusiasm, their ability to engender enthusiasm and team work amongst others, and their ability to set and attain well defined goals.
