Gasket replacement Tank repairs and modifications Radiator repair, overhaul or replacement Winding and lead repairs Winding replacement Bushing replacement Oil refurbishment or replacement New paint system with option of shot blast preparation Conservator replacement or overhaul Repair or replacement of accessories such as temperature indicators, gas relays, pressure relief devices Comprehensive testing services to Australian Standards including applied voltage, induced voltage, winding resistance, ratio and phase angle through taps, DLA, insulation resistance, temperature rise, impulse plus other routine tests Replacement, maintenance and repair of on and off load tap changers Conversion of connection types, eg bushing HV/bushing LV to cable/cable.

Often for older transformers the windings and core are replaced to give a higher rating in the same tank size with lower fixed losses due to improved core steels.

The addition of extra cooling equipment such as radiators or fans can be used to increase the rating.
